Carlos Burgos
Board Secretary
Carlos Burgos is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. He uses cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to assist clients in working through emotional struggles. Carlos received his Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Webster University. He has a passion for traveling and enjoys experiencing different cultures and expanding his comfort zone. He also plays in a competitive baseball league during the summer. Carlos joined the Board in 2023 and with the goal of using his years of experience serving youth from all backgrounds to help create more equitable opportunities for the youth of Freedom Arts & Education Center.
