Nae Lowery is an enthusiastic, nurturing childcare provider who brings creativity and warmth to every space she enters and is dedicated to helping young people find their voice through the arts. Living between St. Louis and Los Angeles, Nae studied journalism at Webster University before entering the childcare field as a children’s church teacher at St. John’s Church. From there she connected with Freedom Arts as a teaching artist and tutor, quickly becoming a trusted presence among both scholars and staff in the After Sessions and Camp CAPE programs. Her ability to connect deeply with youth through mentorship, empathy, and creativity continues to make a lasting impact. Nae is focused on expanding her career in media and the arts while staying grounded in the values that brought her to teaching: authenticity, connection, and community empowerment.
